View Full Version : Do you ever wonder...

While you're at work or out in public (in guy mode), do you ever look around and wonder how many of the men you see have a little secret hidden under their clothes. What I mean is, do you ever wonder how many other men around you are wearing a nice pair of satin panties or maybe even a garter belt and some sexy nylons? I think if I ever have to give a presentation in front of a large group of people, instead of picturing everyone naked, I'll just picture all the men in garter belts and hosiery :)

Lately, I can't help but wonder. I'm sure it comes from not wanting to feel isolated, but at the same time...it's just natural curiosity. Maybe I have too much idle time at work :)

Also, for those of you who have been out enfemme, have guys ever come up to you and given you kudos and told you that they are CDers too, but too scared to go out? Anyone have a story they can share?

If most of those "scientific studies" are correct, you can imagine about five out of one hundred of your male friends. Same numbers for a crowd of strangers.

Now, all you have to do is figure out which five are the right ones! (Course' it depends on the situation. Check in at The Hotel on the afternoon before S.E.C. opens, the numbers might go up just a bit....like 100 out of 100.)

Yeah I always wonder how many men in a crowd are crossdressers.

Nope never, my eyes are usually turned to the feminine ones around me. Trying to get ideas for my own style and new cloths etc.

However, you got me little interesting now, maybe I'll try to look around little more specific from now on.

I can't say I wonder what other guys are wearing under their man-clothes, but I do often wonder how many other guys around me might also be cd's. Especially when I'm in a packed store or heavily populated area. I KNOW they're around me. I might be standing near one. The cashier might be one. The nice looking couple making eyes at each other... the guy might be one. I think about it a lot. Just like me, they're doing their guy-thing and concealing their feminine side. Maybe they're wondering, too. I often wonder that.

There not alot of other men where I work, but yes I wonder when I'm out in public sometimes if other men are out there shopping for fem clothes for themselves.

Another spin on this topic is: If a guy is shopping for fem clothes, do the sales assistants think they are for his wife/girlfriend or for him?

The new ones might not think so, but I think after they get a couple of guys, all sweaty and nervous, tell them that their wives are about the same size as themselves, they start to catch on.

I had a chat with a VS manager last year and laid out a few of the statistics for her about us (you know...maybe 4 to 6 % of men etc...and maybe 60% of us are blah blah blah...) and then opined that maybe about 10-20% of the guys who shop there on their own aren't really buying presents for their wives. I could see a little light go on behind her eyes. She smiled and said she'd pass it along to her crew. (They've always been very helpful anyway!)

So if you think they know about you...they do! I told 'em! :D

It's not that I stare at other "guys" but I do find myself occasionally looking at their back if they're wearing a polo shirt or light colored "T" , just to see if I note the tell tale straps. Haven't seen any yet.

No I haven't been approached by another person who has revealed their own CDing. However, I've been told by some of the SAs that they know other Cders, and that they have a few customers who come in rather often.

No never.

I have a real issue with imagining guys as girls.

It puts me right off.

Funny that since I am a tranny but that is how I feel.

I actualy found someone in town at an icecream shop.
His eyebrows were a bit to perfect, pink top with girl slacks and a pair of realy girly sandles.
Could not realy see if he had anything under and I was to nervous to aproach him.
but I am pretty sure he was a CD by the voice and walk.

My thoughts don't usually land on any guy in particular, just a random wondering of how many other guys around me are like me, that's all. Though it is fun sometimes, to imagine what someone would look like all dolled up. Just don't do it to your boss while he's trying to talk to you about something important lol. My mind wanders, I can't help it :D

I do wonder if I will be the onlly guy in the women's dept again. I have seen cd's out & about, I wanted to compliment them on their outfit/make up etc... but I was with friends at the time, and had some special mushrooms in my system. Actually, that psychedelic experience is when I realized that my Cding is a bigger part of my life than I thought. Hmm, forgot about that... Remembering is fun :)

I would rather wonder what they would think if you did.

Bra straps under a tee shirt in the summer. Thats the only thing I "worry" about. But what the heck I still wear one!

Without a voice and walk I would already call that CDing. Pink Top, girl slacks, and girly sandles = Crossdressing in my book.

I'm wondering if it's just the crowd I hang out with -- but every time I go out dressed up, someone else will tell me they know another crossdresser. I think about 15 out of 25 -- at least -- have told me that. Apparently, I'm surrounded by legions of transvestites.

Most of them remain pretty much in the closet, though, I guess.

But think about the "six degrees of separation" thing. I doubt any man is more than 4 degrees separated from a crossdresser of some type.

And remember, statistics can be strange. Put 100 people in a room, and knowing that there are 365 days in a year -- the chance that two people in the room will share a birthday is virtually 100%. Put 10 men in a room, and I'd say the chances are pretty good that 2 of them like Victoria's Secret on more than just their wives.

Let see, I work on an army base with about 30,000 soldiers. If 5 out of every 100 were CD's then that would mean 1500 of them are CD's. Pretty good numbers. They should form their own brigade.

When I'm out in guy mode I sometimes wear something sexy underneath and smile at people wondering if they can read my mind and know I'm wearing panties and I look & feel sexy in them. Maybe some can tell that something is up but can't quite put their finger on it. The mystery remains... :roflmao:

I do every now and then.. when I see a guy who is fairly short I think "now that guy could wear any high heels he wants and get away with it.. actually since I am a cross dresser I don't think the dumb girl rule of your height determining heel height applies to me.. back to the topic, I do wonder when a guy is a complete nasty person I wonder what has his panties in a twist.. I mean is he wearing panties and he's being that way because he is fighting his fem urges.. just can't help it I want to wear womens clothes so I can be a total A-hole to the world around me.. maybe not.. but there is that feeling every now and then that I wonder in a bigger crowd how many might be "fishy"..

To be honest, NO,
I never even gave that a thought, I guess I was always just too busy at work to ever think about it.. But after reading about all the guy's that do that here at work, I'm sure there were and never even knew it..

Well, it could be onne of us on the other side of the rack at Dress Barn or Tall Girl. How about the young guy working the Dress Barn in Howell, Mi or the guy working at Avenue in Allen Park, Mi. I don't underdress as much as I would like and get dressed even less often. I do savor the time, when it is available.

Yeah, got to admit that this has been occupying my mind for last few months... all in the interests of learning :hugs:

I have spotted several CDs in the last year and been pleasantly suprised by the non-reaction of the public around them.

At work, the stats probably stack up, but you have to know the signals to spot and we are good at disguising them?

Worked in a Finance House a year or two ago, and I clocked 4 that I would swear by. Pantyline, the way they walked, eyebrows, I am looking for everything that might give a clue... why? Because I want to know if people are clocking me - and this helps my understanding..

In general, I tend not to look for guys who may have other kit on.. but I do look for girls who may be guys..

There is more positive learning in this...

Well, no offense to anyone, but I try not to make myself look like I'm "Looking a guy up"!

Seriously, I have often wondered about who at work might be a CDer orwho might be underdressing.
Although, even at my age, I frequently catch myself "Checking out the ladies" and wondering what their wearing underneath. In public, I might glance a time or two at guys face and wonder if he's into CDing due to feminine features. Maybe because he's somewhat void of facial hair but not necessarily effeminate looking. I'm not sure what I look for when I look at people in a crowd, but I've been a people watcher all my life. Usually just wondering what's going on in the heads!

Not really, no. I spend all my time looking at the girls. I do however meet many guys who are closet crossdressers. That is one of the first things I try to establish when a bloke hits on me. There are more people like us out there than you would believe!

Ha, I guess I shouldn't have said "look around" in my original post. Thanks for posting in spite of the fact. I didn't mean to insinuate anything about checking out guys or even so much as looking at them.
