I love the look too. Only problem is that my wife was wearing a pair many years ago, and fell off and broke her ankle! That kind of did it for me. Nice to look at, but a horror to wear. Make sure your insurance is good!

The ones I started on where the wide heals like the pic Tamera posted. The thing I learned is just take it slow. It is totaly differant from what I was taught in the service, heal first. not so when wearing high heals, toe first. works for me.

It's not easy walking in them, but you have to take small steps.... and don't drink, you will end up taking them off and carrying them :p

i started to learn to walk in 4 5 6 and 7 inch heels when i was about 15 years old and it took me about all total about 2years to learn. and igot to where i can dance in them.of course i have the hots for highheels anyway so i guess that is the reason i wanted to learn so fast.I LOVE THEM.....LOVE THEM....LOVE THEM .OH...OH ...I AM GETTING CARRIED AWAY AGAIN.BUT YES TAKE IT SLOW AT FRIST.at age 62 i still would not be seen out dressed with out wearing my sexy highheels.michellejean(mrs.highheels :)

I watch GG's walk, all the time. The heel always comes down first. I asked a TS girlfriend of mine, and she also said heel first. I don't know how they do it !!! Giggle

For some reason I never had any problems to walk in high heels... My first pair was 5 inch. I really like stiletto heel:) I wish I could wear high heel all day long :rolleyes:

These are my favorite dress heels. I can spend an enitre evening walking, dancing, standing, whatever. I have even worn them when a bit tipsy :o and have never had a problem.

But for some reason these give me problems. I tend to roll on the heels with them and I have to be careful when I walk. Maybe it's the lack of ankle straps?

I got my 5" heels today. They are not as hard to walk in as I thought they would be. It does take a bit of extra concentration though. Heels do seem to come down first when walking.

Ok, these are my faves at the moment, just a plain pair of pointy heeled pumps, i just love 'em.

They are 4 inch heel and i can walk all day around the house in them!
