Today I was in a small town in Ohio. I was at a McDonalds to get some coffee. As I walked to the rest room to wash my hands I passed a table with 3 older women.

I heard the oldest of the three say,"those damn homosexuals running around naked, and there's not a thing they can do about them!" I chuckled and started to imagine 100's of naked homesexuals running arount the town square.

As I returned when I went by the table another woman was saying, "are they wearing support hose?" Now I really started laughing, imagining "naked homosexuals" running around the town square in support hose. I wonder what they would think if they knew that the guy walking past them was wearing black panties?

Who says nothing happens in "small town" America?

seriously.. that actually seems to be true.. if you cross dress you are gay.. if you are slightly different in any way you are gay.. or at the very least not trustworthy...

Maybe you should've stopped and said to him "It didn't bother you last night, stud" and walked away.

I hear these kinds of comments from young and old and in-between, more in small towns than in the bigger places. It's sad and absurd.

I wonder what started that crazy conversation?

Isn't it sad when naked homosexuals get old and start wearing support hose?

I would never do his but I always think of things after the fact. I would have thought of stopping there and looking at them, turning slightly and saying"Honey does this butt LOOK like I need support?" Then with a "snap" I would have sashayed away.

Well If I had guts I would do that ;)

Maybe your town can make "running around the town square" an annual event & see who shows up.

We certainly take things out of context don't we? :heehee:

In fact, there IS somethint the old ladies can do to help stop the naked homosexuals from running amock in the streets - they can donate to the televangelist of their choice. I think some of them will do a prayer request for the bargain price of $1,000

Dana, I think that qualifies as nothing. I live in one of those small towns and sadly it is full of people who have opinions about lots of issues of which they know little or nothing. But it does keep them going.
