hello everyone, im so sorry i have not been on here for a while, but i have been trying to sort things out. regarding my transition. i resently threw away all my male clothing minus my work clothes and a pair of jeans and 1 t - shirt. you see i have got to the stage where im really not happy in male clothing. it is bad enough looking at myself without make up on.

you see where i work is a typical boys club. and for years i have had to give a certion persona while i am there otherwise my work life would become very difficult, i do hate doing this because i feel like im living two lives, it is a horrible experiance.

i was just wondering if anyone else has had to do this and how they managed to overcome this obstical because i feel like i can't do it anymore ?

Also dose anyone know where there is a transgendered clinic or transgendered theropist in birmingham UK ?

Thank you for your time and i really do hope you could help me because i feel like im running out of options at the moment.

luv Jenny x

just start integrating female attire into your work wardrobe. take it slow and do what you are comfortable with

I know how you feel about the two lives thing. I don't know about transgender clinics or therapists in Birmingham but if you go on transgenderzone.co.uk I think you'll find something there.

Gee, Jenny... we must be related! (We both have "24" as our "last name") Seriously, though, I started pretty much the way you are. Chucked out my boy things and gradually added to my girl things. Being in a college environment helped a lot. Almost anything goes and nobody notices or cares. (Except the jocks!) So I had a fairly easy time. I think you can pull it off just as easily. If you believe in yourself and where you are headed, most of your problems will be solved. If you're going to be a girl, you have to act like one. That's more important than looking like a girl.... look around at them! For heaven's sake, there is no required uniform for girls!
Enjoy yourself. Relax, have a good time!
Love,
Diane (The other "24")
