Jazzercise

I was just wondering if anyone on the forum takes Jazzercise? Do you go as a man or as a woman? I took Jazzercise about 5 years ago and it was ok.

When I was growing up, before the days of the web and youtube, I used to watch exercise videos all the time. Yep, my forearms really got a good workout. :heehee:

I do aerobics. Not much Jazz usually. I go in bike shorts and t-shirt.
