Hi, I've been here for some time as a CD but not so long ago after years of fighting with myself I finally understood that I have to live my life as a woman.
I'm 25 now and started hrt a month ago but I have some concearns about what effects can I expect on my face. I know I have to wait for the changes and can't predict how much I will change but I was wondering if there were other girls here that started transitioning at similar age. How were the changes progressing for you? Any comments will be appreciated :battingeyelashes:

Well, I'm more than twice your age, so I can't answer you question from that perspective. In general though, the younger you start, the better the results**. Part of that is your face is just finished developing into an adult form. You look pretty young, so maybe it is not yet "complete". Hence you've a good chance for the HRT to have its affects. Now, if you take care of your skin, it will help a lot too! Part of my problem is years of not really caring for my face and so it suffers the ravages of time....

** there is still a huge variation in how and how much change occurs with hormones

Thank you for your reply. Yes I know it's better to start hrt when your young:) but even from that perspective I started late and I can't afford ffs. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens.

You have a young and pretty (for a male) face in your avatar, so I would guess that FFS may not be necessary for you. Save your money for where it will matter the most.

And congratulations for ending the fight, Ania. :)

Oh sweetie, you are not going to have any problems at all. You already look quite feminine in the face, and once the hormones kick in you are going to look really good.

Ania, you look great, you won't have to worry about anything. Just go on with your life and your HRT, you will look even more fantastic.
