If I had the money, I'd open one up for sure (and hire only Cd employees), but look what I found when I did a search (might have to book another cancun trip)

Monday - Dress as you like; Anything Goes. Tuesday - Cross Dress. Men dress like women, and vice-versa. Wednesday - Hot & Sexy. Thursday - Costumes & Masks. Friday - Black & White Party. Wear your leather, lace, etc. Saturday - PJ's & Lingerie. Sunday - Dress to Kill.

I think one is being set up in Edinburgh. I'm sure I have seen a proposal and related survey on another site but one of the Scottish girls may know more.
