summer fun!

the summer is here! during this time of the year i feel my need to crossdress peaks though i do admit crossdressing throughout the year. i enjoy the dresses of summer. sun dresses are fun and so are swim dresses. i also enjoy wearing girl's pants and girl's shirts with the tail of the shirt outside of the pants.

the dresses are worn privately but i do wear the pants in public and they are very comfortable and fit better.

do others enjoy summer for crossdressing?

Summer is harder for me in New England. We are moving into the hot and humid time of year and make-up, wig, and corsets don't fare too well in that weather. While I was in Vegas last week at 95 degrees and no humidity....I loved it.

September with the cool nights is more fun for me.

But...I love sun dresses too!!

I dress year round, but I think I enjoy it more in the winter. When it's colder, I don't sweat in my clothes, and I really love winter styles, the sweaters and sweater dresses, wool skirts, boots, etc. But don't get me wrong here...I love summer stuff, too!

Summer is a doubled edged sword for me here in the Sacramento Valley of Northern California. While the warmer temperatures mean opportunities to wear cute sundresses, strappy sandals and vogue sunglasses it also regularly hits a blistering 100 degrees and over ... which makes it more difficult wearing forms and a wig. :sad: Having said that, there's always air conditioning, and it's obviously everywhere you go so unless you're having a patio party ... no problem :)

First I was afraid of it, but now I've slowly started to love showing of more skin. Just gotta be careful not to burn my pale skin in the sun.

The winter has it advantages but you just can't wear as much feminine stuff in the winter here in Finland compared to summer.

I do. I particularly love sun dresses, so airy and light. I try to wear just panties, a sun dress, and sandals, along with wig, make-up, jewelry (not much; just earrings usually). Then I enjoy finding a park or just my backyard to sit and read and enjoy the sun.
I just wish that I had more free days to do it.

Summer, especially those really Hot days are where I always feel the need to crossdress! It just makes me want to go out and look sexy!

Just the opposite is true for me. The heat and humidity in the Chgo. area make me very uncomfortable. I sweat to much but still wear panties 24/7

Oh I love the summer season wearing dresses, I love to wear sun dresses, or really thin fabric dresses. dresses are so much cooler to wear when it is hot out. there is nothing like relaxing in the warm weather in a comfy dress.

Summer dressing is fun, especially sundresses! But I like winter because I'll shave my legs, wear my tights/bras/cami's underneath. Also, my wig sure gets hot in the summer. Got to grow the hair long & enfemme to solve that problem. :)

I do not dress much over the summer. The body hair comes back and the summer dresses just don't look that cute on me.

Colder weather simply gives me more opportunities to hide those traits that give off "male" signals. How does one hide large biceps in the summer without some sort of coverup? More skin showing means more makeup, and in summer heat...hmmm. Wigs can get hot as heck, etc.

I love summer, and surely have some clothes, but daytime dressing is best done in air conditioning :). Give me snow and cold any time :) Think high-heeled boots, long luxuriuos coats, wonderfull dresses, sweaters long enough to be dresses even if we chicken out and wear leggings :)

But I'll sure suvive summer...maybe even with a new shopping trip!!!

I live in Austin Texas, where it regularly exceeds 100F (38C) with 100% humidity. In all honesty, I dislike summer as far as crossdressing. By the time I put on a wig and makeup and then get hit by that heat, I want to melt and die of heat stroke. I'd much rather cross dress in the winter, spring or fall.

I love the summer as was said sun dresses are so cool, it is hot and humid in Florida. the one thing I learned is revlon colorstay dosnt come off by sweating as does the more expensive MAC. I go to the beach and ever thing in the summer dressed.

I love summer dresses in particular because of the light feel that i cant seem to find with any other clothes and i also love the shorter skirts and dresses still being very young and able to do that without weird looks:)

Skirts and dresses are just so much cooler and comfortable to wear in the summer than horrible scratchy male clothes. Can't wait to get them off when I get home from work!

I've had enough of summer! It's still June and it was over 105 in Austin yesterday! My air conditioning is running non-stop meaning my electric bill will be around $400 - $500 this month. It's too damn hot to go outside at all, let alone while cross dressed. I doubt I'd make it from the house to the car before my makeup melted down my face, and my top is soaked with perspiration. Yuck! Is'nt Fall here yet??!!

I like the summer clothes, only time I can wear my clothes. My height doesn't let me get a lot of winter clothes. It finally got nice here in Iowa Kimberly, only mid 70's today :)

Love summer, light cotten dresses, short flirty skirts, soft silky camis, what more can you ask for? forget the wig, forms, and makeup, enjoy the feel of a skirt whipping around your legs in a warm summer breeze.

I lean more towards the fall/winter time. I love my summer clothes but It's too hard to hide my adams apple with low cut tops. It's a huge give away for me.:sad:

i perfer fall and spring to crossdress, but temp in Tennessee this week is mid 80's and low humity.. so maybe some girl shorts and cute top.. my own long hair and lite makeup for a day of shopping this week..

I used to hardly ever dress in the summer until this summer. For some reason I continued to shave my legs and upper body. Now I have a few sun dresses and some short shorts and a lot of neat summer tops. I have several pairs of sandals. I brought my first swim suit the other day. Looks like my crossdressing is now a year round thing.
It's a "good thing".
