For me it is a tie between slipping on my pantyhose and a pair of 4-5" heels.

If I have hose on and my toes painted, slipping on my 5" high heel sandals is what completes me. The heels are the one item that once I have on, make me truly feel transformed.

However the items I tend to love the most are my high heeled platform boots, 1 knee high, 5 inch, black buckle boots, 1 pair red thigh high (8in), 1 pair black thigh high (6 1/2in). I only have one pair of shoes, boots just make me feel soooo sexy!!! :D
