I will bet that a lot of us have wished that, but then reality sets in. It's not as easy as one would wish. But it's fun to fantasize about once in a while.

And leave my wonderful family? This kind of wish doesn't even enter my imagination.

I often fantasize about it--almost everyday--, but I have a wonderful family that would be deeply disrupted by my fulfilling my fantasy, so I don't wish it.

Like others, I think of it often, but it would disrupt the lives of too many others I care about, so I don't go there......Stephanie

Sure, it's occurred to me. But that's the nature of fantasy. It's not practical, but it's a bit fun to think about. That's all.

In the last few months since I have been unemployeed and lost my house, I've thought about it alot. I have nothing left to be male for, so this is the time to do it.
I haven't been motivated to get all dolled up since January, so just picking up and changing what's left of my life isn't going to happen either.

Since I was 13, that was my plan for my 18th birthday. Now at age 52, I feel I missed my life calling. :daydreaming:

When I was 13 also. By 15, I was ready to head to Frisco on my own. But, we know how that probably would have ended up. Now, I wish I did sometimes, but then I think of my family. Conundrum, again.

If anything ever happened to my wonderful wife, and I could (mostly) pass I would consider it. I have no contact with my family, and no surgery or transition for me, but yeah I might consider dressing the way my style truly asks for.

I kind of did it,but not by design. My parents sent me off to college in California where I was able to run amuck. I had alreasdy outted myself to them, again not by design..but at least the cat was out of the bag.Once they knew..I didn't care who else found out or if they cared.

at least I know that I'm not the only one that feels this way at time, but just to feel normal

Actually, I would like to chuck it all, go someplace, and be the multi-billionaire I was meant to be.

It's a little bit sad really.

yes girl. i wished and i did. i packed my stuff at 1am quit my job and moved halfway across the country because the oppourtunity presented itself. 100% random and crazy and i do not regret it at all. im less than 2 weeks old here now. nobody knows me here and idc about anything. the first time out in public was very very scary but i loved the rush. anyway i have a job here and its about the only time i identify male. other than that i am living my dream. meeting other tg's. and my real g's work in a beauty salon and they help me soooooooooooooo much from makeup to clothes. theyre great. i hope that someday you can do the same thing. good luck hun.

It is a fantasy which is exciting to think about being myself and free not to worry about going out and dressing the way I want and being who I am. Having other responsiblites keep from doing that but at least the fantasy is alive and well.

It wouldn't work. Girls need a lot of stuff and a lot of attention. You can't get that by being alone.;):)

Kinda. I wouldn't want to chuck it all away though.
I've got an awesome wife. Not gonna chuck her!
I don't think I'd want to live as a woman 24/7. Sometimes that idea seems very alluring to me, but I'm sure it's more driven by the fact that I don't get enough femme time these days in my hectic, busy life. If I could do anything though - sure bet I spend a lot more time in a skirt and pumps than my man-pants. ;)

Yes I have, however like most everyone else reality sets in and I give it up. There are times I would love to and other times I would hate to give up my life as it is right now. My life is very good, My wife loves both of me and we both love her - it don't get much better than that.

I've not gave much thought to actually being a girl, But I have an idea I'd love to be a full-time crossdressing wife to my present wife. I'd enjoy a kind of Lesbian relationship with me being the "Femme" half. I guess that Donna Reed has always been my ideal woman. :daydreaming:
