If you are using transdermal estrogen patches (or transdermal patches for anything else), where do you stick the patch so that sweat during exercise does not detach the patch? Is there a part of the abdomen that sweats the least?

Stick a big band-aid over it and it will stay put.

I wear mine on my hip. Less skin movement in the area and panties/movement are less likey to cause it to peel off/lift.

I use the Vivelle patches and wear on the front upper thigh. Haven't had any problems at all.

I am now using climara and find the adhesion excellent on the lower back.

I used to wear it on the upper paet of my tush, but the dirt of the adhesive stained a white bathing suit. Now it's on the upper hip, just above the panty. It stays ther well, almost no matter what I do.
