and i had a question.
i wanna get started on hormones by the end of the year. i thought i had the process down but my therapist is confusing me.
someone tell me how the whole deal goes?

Not sure how it works there, but here I went to my GP (general practitioner doctor) and asked her to prescribe them for me. She did some research and gave me a prescription for it. I went every 2 weeks to get my shot from the nurse for a few months until I asked to be taught how to give myself my shot. Now I do it myself every 2 weeks. There you may need to be in therapy, but here I did not have to be. Then again I'm much older than you so that may have some bearing on it.
