I was really bored the night before last night so I shaved,put on makeup, skirt,blouse ect. I thought to myself that I look good with nothing to do. I was kinda hungry so I went to family restaurant (by myself). I got looks and stares and the food was terrible. But I thought to myself, I have no friends that could join me so I would try to make some at the bar. Didn't go so well. sSme jerk sent me a drink and then came and sat on the stool next to me. He asked me my name,I told him in a low voice. He says loudly "Hey everyone she's a guy".So I replied "and he's with me!" Well I got up and left and idiot was still sitting there stunned..

I agree you should have thanked him for the drink and then said I'll see you back in room dear. Of course having to run in heels may not be so good. On second thought never mind.

I have to agree 100% that that was nothing short of a PERFECT comeback!! I hope that jerk had to leave the bar red-faced as all get-out!!

That was brilliant. I am impresed. One of the downsides of bars is that there are sometimes drunk people there. Come to think of it, that one of the upsides as well. . .:)

Anyway, nice way to handle the situation.

Since you were out anyway you might as well have stayed around to see how things developed. I bet the place livened up quite a bit after your friend's announcement!

Very good! I hope you left with your head held high. If this ever happens again, I'd suggest staying awhile to see who might sway the crowd: the jerk or you with your wonderful comeback! I should guess most people there thought this guy was a loser. You might be surprised and find that jerks like that open the door for you to make friends with decent people.
