so what do i have to do to get my name change over in the UK also how do i go about sorting my passport can i get an f on it what about my birth cert ? drivers lic etc

Take a look at this http://www.grp.gov.uk/formsguidance.htm, however simply changing ones name is relatively straight forward http://www.nationaldeedpollservice.org.uk/?gclid=CK7DiL78kJwCFYYU4wodhFESdw all you essentially have to do is just sign a form in front of an eligable witness.

You might however, get better accounts of real world transition experiance in SH.
