For many reasons, there some of us who love the feel of the feminine finery, then there are those of us who want to be girls, and yet those who want to emulate women, as a form of respect. What ever the reason we do it because we want to, we need to, and it makes us complete.

I can't answer that question for we, I can only answer it for me. When I was born my mom and dad were given a receipt (birth certificate) that said male, but by the time I was 9 years old I knew I was a girl. So mom and dad were raising me as a boy and I was too young to tell them they were wrong. I dress as a woman because, really I am a woman.

I have a basic desire to be a woman and the closest i can get to live the lifestyle i wish for, either by dressing in feminine clothes or whatever I will do it. I just wish I had the courage, opportunity to openly express my wishes I would be so much happier.

A lot of you have given reasons that I would list too. When it comes to getting dressed up, I have long felt that women have it much better than men, so many different options: dresses, skirts, blouses, slacks, shoes, makeup, etc. But when you look at nature, where there is a difference in appearance between the male and female of a species, it seems like it's almost always the male that is prettier, more colorful etc, especially when you think of birds. So my point is, why should it be any different for people? Why can't men dress in the prettier, more colorful clothes? :2c: :)

I dont think it matters what you wear as long as its right for you.if we look around the world each country wears clothes that are different from mine and maybe yours, if you look back in history the romans wore skirts and tunic tops some african countrys wear kaftans ,so why cant we wear what suits us to feel and look pretty

I asked this questions many times...but came to the conclusion that why not as enjoy it and that's all there is to it.

No matter how good or bad I look, it is the feeling I get when in femme form. It is not just the clothes, it is the whole package. When I sleep on my side with my hands cupped to my breast, and when I shave in the morning with my elbows brushing on the side of my breast, as I wash my face, life is good and comfortable. It is relaxing and wonderful, it is right! I truly understand my wife when she says she has nothing to wear. A whole closet full of our dresses and we can't decide how we want to FEEL today. To me, it is all about the wonderful feeling inside of being female! I make it a point to jump out of bed every day and put on a dress first. It starts the day better. After the coffee, reality strikes and I have to change for work. Only 8 hours and she will be back home!
