Hey guys! So this weekend I decided to perform and do drag. I am supposedly good at it and people like it, but I am not sure if I really want to do it again. It kinda just is there. I was asked to perform again sometime soon, but I just don't know if its me. Have any of you done drag?
I mean I felt like a real guy and I loved it, but I feel like it was just an act? Any opinions or advice?

Advice would be, do it again if you enjoy it, don't do it if you don't want to.....As to Me doing drag, the only way I could do drag would be to dress up as a woman, which is obviously not happening....although it could be said that I spent years doing it every day before I transitioned....but not for enjoyment, that's for sure.

If you're a transguy then dressing in male clothing and performing isn't drag, it's just performing in your regular attire. If you're going to do drag you'll need to be dressed as a woman... if you perform as a male in a drag show you're going to be viewed as female the whole time, and I think a lot of other guys would agree with me when I say "I wouldn't do ANYTHING where I was going to be seen as female".
I took a quick glance at your past posts and got the impression that you're an ftm.. so if I've misunderstood and you're a lady who likes to dress male sometimes then scratch this whole post.

Yeah,I personally wouldn't want people to know I'm ftm,but once some ladies wanted to enter me at a drag king contest at a lesbian place.(what do you mean drag?-I dress like this every day!).There, the bouncer said "no guys allowed" (Idon't take T yet and felt flattered) and after the ladies convinced her that "he is really a she" I couldn't help but ask were the mensroom is at.So thats the end of my short career as a drag king.
But they do have guys who say they are male impersonators, look at" the 6 pack" on u-tube...I personally can't see nothing wrong with sb. being self confident enough to not give a damn if people find out.

if you didnt feel comfortable with it i personally wouldnt do it again, but if its just a start to get comfortable, then maybe just maybe try one more time. the choice is yours and only you know where you truely stand on it
