Honey, at least they itch ! Mine are quiet so far ... and I'm getting anxious. Yah yah, wanting that itch etc... mark me crazy! Of course, patience is a virtue and I've not been on the hormones long.... arrrgggg... I thought patience was going to be easier !!

I have heard that light massage helps and is also good for you !

Mine have been itching of late too!!, my left one is 99% caught up to my right one, FULL B cup now....

Wear a sportsbra? Maybe it stretches the nipples further...not sure....enjoy it though!

Itching is good! (Sorry!) It means that they are changing and beginning to grow. Some aloe cream might help. Find a soft bra so the material doesn't irritate your nipples. I guess most of us have gone through the "itchy" stage. No doubt teen girls do too! Just think, you're a teen at 30!

THe itching comes and and goes. I hate bras now .

If you can stand, try rubbing them with something cold like ice cube, can of soda/beer etc. The coldness should take away the itching feeling for a while. At least it worked for me, nya.
