New Orleans over Labor Day - suggestions?

Hi all -- I hope it's OK to post this sort of note here (and if not I trust the moderators will move it to where it should be) -- I'm going to be in New Orleans for the long Labor Day weekend and wanted to ask, first, for any CD suggestions you all may have (I'm quite familiar with the city in general).
Second, I just learned that there will be a show called "GLITZ: the Art of Female Impersonation" playing at Harrah's on both Thursday and Friday, September 3 and 4, and I want to go see it; would anyone be interesting in going together?

You do know Southern Decandence is going on that weekend, a very big gay party in the french quarter. I was down there several years ago and it was a blast, you saw everything, gay bikers, drag queens, three guys in little pink speedo's.. You will have a great time.
