Hi all,
this is for the girls who have a S/O or Spouse. I have been on mones and spiro now for a year now, I have a S/O who supports me and loves me very much and I her, but since I have been on meds I just dont desire to have sex as much and she has been complaining that we dont do it as much( more like 1 or 2 times a week) we both knew that this would happen. How do most of you all deal with it?

With me it turned around the other way around. I'm in the mood way more often now than I was before. Basically we deal with it that we only do things when's she's in the mood as well. Of course, I can do my best to get her into mood assuming she isn't too tired.
It will not really work out if both of you aren't in the mood. You could always try to find something that would make it possible for you or your SO to get into the mood at the same time you do. Try out something new for example.

From avoiding sex completely if possible I have found that the hormone boost has made me quite rampant... :)

Maybe think about the what/where/how of when you do feel interested in sex with her and then try and manifest that destiny ;) Remember, she isn't on hormones and her desires etc are not suppressed. One of your jobs is to try and fit with her needs...

Hmm... so it's not a question of "getting it up" but rather a lowered labido? I was under the impression that HRT not only killed the need but caused impotance. For me that is irrelivant but it bothers my wife. So this may be a bit of good news.
