Yep, Today at work it was just another day but after work I had an appointment at the salon for a fill of my nails. As we were talking Jenna said I have been hard on them and we laughed about it and I said it is a good reason to keep coming back. She noticed I had not got all the nail polish off my thumb nail that was chipped and asked if it was paint. I told her I liked the deep red wine color and asked if it could be done permanent as part of the gel nail. Yes and no as the color I like is not available and she said it would be better to do the natural and then you can make changes as necessary. I then confided in the fact that I was transgendered and if that was a problem I could ask for someone else, to which she said no and she liked my business. Beside we have so much fun talking. Well you can bet she got a tip and she then set my next appointment and asked what name I preferred so we made the spelling changes as said goodby with a hug.

Then tonight I visited a friend and co-worker with his wife. After some conversation about their trip to Colorado we started to talk about a veterans meeting on Sunday. I told them I wasn't going to be there and then broke the news of my being transgendered and the up and coming transition at work. Now these two have been like a brother and sister for seven years and they helped me though my wife's death and since. They both figured there was something up and were not surprized. After an extended discussion we parted with hand shakes and hugs. It is 11:35 and this girl is in need of sleep but before I go I want to thank everyone for their support and guidence. Good night and see you all soon. :hugs:  :drink:
