I'll bet most of you have great ideas on how to maintain that girlish figure. Please share your tips here for all of us to share, and I'll try to include the best in a subsequent column. Thanks! Just read the post "Crossdressers Diet" on your site, and it seems like pretty sound advice. I'll have to try that when I get a chance. I'm just curious if swimming would increase upper body mass though. Alot of swimming styles would reinforce use of the shoulders and upper back muscles, and men tend to gain muscle faster than women. Also was wondering what you suggest to keep energy levels up while dieting and exercising.
p.s. Glad to have you back. Hope you enjoyed your vacation.

Charlotte,
Swimming leans out your muscles, which is why swimmers have such beautiful bodies. Of course, Olympic class swimmers are incredibly buff, but they are usually born with broad shoulders and do a lot of weight training.
Crossdressing is the secret to maintaining you energy while you're dieting and exercising. When I get dressed up, I'm so stoked that food is the last thing on my mind. For exercise, I spend hours walking around pretending to be a girl, until my feet hurt - one of the reasons I like flats! Ask Windy (http://snurl.com/askwindy)
