Yes this is true, I did find myself in a book. All summer I was trying to ask different psychologists what happened to me. Seamed that all the ones I saw were not qualified in the area I needed help in. So not to long ago , day after I saw my second endrocinolgist, well qualified from Boston Medical , part of Boston University. I started googling stuff about M2F transitioning an found this book.

So You Want to be a T-Girl A Realistic Guide to the Transitional Journey.

I cried for hours, read the whole book 126 pages that day. The first book I have read since a report in 7th grade. This book hit me on the head , I swear the author knew me. It depicted my life, answered the questions I had after my "Bell whent off". Another psychologist said I had an Awaking. OMG I woke up alright, cleared my head after reading this book. I highly recomend you read this if your going into transition.

Today I had my first facial lazor treatment. I paid in full before starting an got a good price. One treatment a month for 7 month should do it, get lower price if I need more.

Still no hormones yet , getting that date pushed back an back, but I dont mind soon enough it will come. Finally got Hold Of a gender specialist That I need. She is well known in the community for T's. Day after my birthday, Finally I am getting were I need to be.

So tell us your story, did you find your self like I did.

Turns out I treat this book like the holy grail. The search is over but not the questions . Onward I go with a piece of mind an overwelhing carmness.

Much work to do , atleast I have come full circle an my past make sense.

I had the feelings and the questions, fears, tears and depression first. I'm a voracious reader, so I started consuming all the books I could find. Yes, I saw myself in many of them. I needed the affirmation that I wasn't alone and others before me had lived to be happy, healthy and well adjusted. It was where I got the courage to start therapy, come out to my wife and get to the much better place I am now.

Hugs,

Cate

Hi Breena!

My GT is lending me books about our community, and it is definitely refreshing to read about others who've gone through transition!

Keep reading - It'll only enhance your experience!

I found myself, im done reading . no need to, just going to see the lady god of gender specialist day after my birthday. I hear she is the best, i'll see about that . But thanks any way, My questions I was looking for are answered an some even by myself. I have fixed me alot threw life, from abuse of 3 parents, peers, first wife, rape of first wife which she didnt abort. O countless other stuff, Humiliation an sarcasm, on an on it goes .

Oh even today I got attacked in here by a useless CD of all things.

Keep plugging along.

Now I am losing respect for ? and it aint me
