Actually a really good product that you can apply makeup right over is from Clinique. It is called Conitous Coverage and comes in four tones. I actually bought it myself in the store and had the sales clerk apply it on me to check for tone. It worked really well. It is a liquid and comes in 60 ml tubes and costs about thirty bucks, but you only need a little to apply all over your face. I recommend it highly.

Pan-Stick and Pan-cake (Max Factor) works rather well with good coverage. I use the stick first under my eyes, around my nose and forehead first and then the Pan-Cake goes on all over using a damp makeup sponge. A nice matte finish and very smooth. The lady that owns the wig shop I like to go to told me about that. I have light skin so I use the 101 Pan-cake but it does come in 3 or 4 shades. The stick is really nice because it fills in the lines and pores for a porcelin look.
