I did a google search and the cheapest I found was 600, but that was in New Mexico lol.

It seems like most of the surgeons that are doing FFS work are charging in the neighborhood of 3 grand. At that rate the trip to NM (including transportation) might be worth it. A tracheal shave isn't necessarily FFS though so you ought to be able to find it for less than what the FFS/SRS surgeons want.

To clarify, it was a joke...I wasn't actually considering going to New Mexico for a TCR lol. I would really like this to be my first surgery since my adam's apple is what makes me the most uncomfortable (among the other thing). $3000-$4000 is quite a bit to save up for when you want something gone like yesterday lol.

I think is is about 2,000 from Dr. Leis in Philly area. I saw him and really like him. I will be going to him for some proceedures. Jennifer

I just went to a seminar by Dr. McGuinn. I was very impressed. She did a friend's SRS and she is extremely happy. The Dr. is trans herself. Check out her website.
