Well in 10 short hours I will be sitting facing the peeps who will give me what I have dreamed about since I was a ten and I had to cover my chest up and could no longer bare it to the elements. I am slightly nervous but at the same time totally excited and can't wait really :):):) Any how better get to bed and try to get some much needed sleep.I'll let you all know how it goes tomorrow.Thanx again for being here for me :hugs: xx Felix :)

Right..... I saw the surgeon today and what a lovely man he put me at ease straight away even though he had to take pics and everything of me topless eeeeek!!!! :brolleyes: This will be the first time his team will have done a breast removal and chest reconsruction on a FtM. He has done his leg work and consulted with the top uk plastic surgeon in this field who teaches other plastic surgeons.

I was under the impression from research I'd done that they would not be able to use key hole surgery due to the size of my chest. He reassured me that the top surgeon had advised him that key hole surgery would be advisable. This will be done by entering through the nipple area.

It will take a possible three procedures but will leave minimal or no visible scaring. He wants me to have the best out come in the way of appearance and because its his first one he wants to get a good as job as possible. I am happy with this even if it takes a little longer. So he looking at possibly January for the first procedure. He reconstructs male and female breasts and chests on a regular basis and he uses this procedure regularly on many of them. So I am extremely confident in his ability to do the job well. xx Felix :hugs::hugs:

That's a really great report Felix. I think it's great the surgeon is looking for the best method to get you the best possible results.

January isn't that far away. Sounds like a dream belated Christmas present.
