I visited a local TG/CD website a few times and looked at their forums and thought that they may be ok for advice and help. You know, get to know some people locally who maybe available for a chat and advice on places to shop, CD friendly hairdressers and so on who are local. I decided to fill out the membership form and did not wish to pay the membership fee via the internet, so I requested any other method of payment. Well, I was rejected. Yes, they did not want me. I just wonder how many people ask for help at times and are rejected for some obscure reason. I guess the website is for transgendered and not Crossdressers, hmmm maybe they should review their website information. The webmistress did not even have the courtesy to email me as to the reasons for rejection. I guess that I am just lucky to have avoided a clicky clicky group, or did they just want my credit card details for something sinister? Maybe they thought I was weird? Oh well, I guess "thems the breaks".

I would never pay for a site like that... There are enough free crossdressing forums out there that you shouldn't... Also checkout Facebook crossdressing and transgendered groups... Personally I am signed up on more female makeup and fashion forums as a male crossdresser than on crossdressing forums... Where beter to get good information than from the "real" thing? Lol. And most female sites welcome us with open arms!! I even became a moderator on one forum they liked me so much..

Now if you want to pay for a porn site then that's totally different!! Hahaha.

I wonder what you would have got for your membership money?
I have not looked at members here who are from Brisbane but I imagine there are a few who will see this post and come back with some helpful comments.

Thanks for the advice Karen and Philipa. I will have a "sticky beak" at a few fashion and beauty forums as well as TG/CD on facebook. I have been a little aprehensive in joining face book and twitter (privacy concerns), but will have an open mind in visiting them. I hope the forum never loses you Karen, I think you have a lot of very understanding, caring and appreciative people here.Take care, and thank you. Love the humourous remarks, they put a smile back. Well to celebrate a close escape, I will just have to buy a new dress, huh and make a nice pair of earings to match. One positive thing I have achieved, I now got my eyeliner straight on the eyelid and under the eye. I just have to get my lower lashes better :). The old saying Practice, practice, practice.
