Just asking a general question.Does anyone dress just because they like to,
without all the concern about "passing" and what the deep meaning of being
a crossdresser is?Isn't it supposed to be fun,but not in a sexual way?
I have been dressing completely in womans clothes 24/7 for almost 4 years, because it is fun for me to dress.
I have had implants for two years.I didn't get the implants because of some deep desire to be a woman,I got them cause I thought it would be fun to have them.It was and still is fun.My wife enjoys my dressing because I don't take the crossdressing to seriously, and yes,she likes my breasts.
That's about all I have to say.Your thoughts.

While it would be nice to pass, I don't worry about it, since the main reason I crossdress, is that I love the feel of wearing female clothing.

I've been dressing for 5 years all the time because I feel like my true self. Where did you get the implants at and will your doctor contact me?

I do because I love the feel of soft pretty clothes. Women's clothes are comfortable. It is fun!

At this point as a CDer I'm not tring to pass or be a woman. I don't own a wig or any make up. My heels have only hit the outside pavement twice. I just like how wearing the clothes makes me feel.

I think it would be better if you got a referral from your own doctor to a surgeon.

I have been dressing as a "girl" yes a girl at any oppertunity I could get from say before I knew ,any thing was he wears this ,she wears this. all I knew then was lets play girls make up and things I do know I was in the first grade when I played dress up with a girl and was naked with her and put her panties on "Me" .that was about the late 60s. I was 8/9 years then.A lotof time may pass before you can feel free to be who you are.:daydreaming:

Passing is not an option in my case. Being 5'20" there are very few women this tall. I like the feel of the clothes. Somthing about how the skirt moves accross the back of my legs, the way a slip glides over my panties. The looks of how they hang, the way my chest looks under a nice silk top. There are so many reasons I love to dress.

Well it is fun... Mainly because I make it fun.. I'm driven to dress. And if I was driven to do something that wasn't fun.. That just wouldn't be well. Fun. Nothing deep about... Maybe more like a survival thingie...

Me! I wouldn't pass anyway because of my voice (I can't get high enough for the male bass voice let alone a feminine voice  )

isn't it supposed to be fun,but not in a sexual way?

There is nothing sexual about my cross dressing.

I'm not sure I would necessarily call it "fun" but it is extremely fulfilling when I can dress.

I am enjoying this evening at work - I have had 4 hours on my own to be dressed whilst I do my work. :D I feel so much more at ease for helping my customers because I don't have to pretend.

you don't take your CDing too seriously? But yet you've been doing it for 4 years 24/7 and you got breast implants for fun? yeah that doesn't seem to serious.

I dress because it's fun, and I feel better. I know that at this point I can't pass, but it doesn't really bother me.

Hi Chrystie. For me, CDing is an enjoyabe passtime that not only helps me unwind, but also allows me to fully explore and experience my fem side. I do it because I love it, but I also want to look passable, so I take an extra effort to do so. Since I very rarely go out, this is just for my benefit and just adds to the enjoyment of it all. And, I think it's really great that your wife enjoys your activities as much as you do. You're a lucky girl. :)

I never concerned myself with passing much because for me dressing en femme is more of an identity fulfillment than anything else. I grew my hair out long as a teenager and haven't cut it for twenty years, not because I wanted long hair, but because I wanted to look female. It IS fun. A lot of fun, but it's definitely more than that for me.

I started to wear womens clothes and didn't think too much about it, even in the early days.. and in the early days I knew it was wrong, or must have figured it was wrong some way because I have always hidden this from everyone.. I liked the way it feels, and still do even now.. all of the clothes that are important to me are what I wear.. that may seem simple and I suppose it is because why would I wear what I hate to wear?? but in that same vein, if portraying looking like and passing yourself off as a woman were important then wearing heels would likely be up there and what if you couldn't wear heels because of an injury to your ankle or whatever.. heels are the it to me.. the thing that means "I cross dresser" or something like that.. and pantyhose or tights are a must as well. I'm sure I left the original subject there.. for whatever the reason I feel like I can explain it here but to come out to anyone I know is right out of the question..

Virtually all of us think that dressing is "fun." But, we probably are getting much more out of it, at many different levels, not just for amusement. Examples? We do it, because it makes us feel feminine. We do it because we can't deny The Female inside of us, etc., etc.. It's not JUST The Fun!

And I'll bet that you dress for more than just "fun." If not, you are The first Person I've run into, who got Breast Implants for "fun." Aside from The Considerable expense, aside from binding them down when you have to appear as a male, aside from not being able to shoot your bow and arrow correctly, there are about a thousand more reasons why getting implants would be a significant commitment.

So, if all of your story is true; I would assume that you have a lot more reasons than mere "fun." Going under The Knife for "just fun," doesn't make sense! There would be lots of alternatives....ever hear of falsies?

Peace and Love, Joanie

Just asking a general question.Does anyone dress just because they like to, without all the concern about "passing" and what the deep meaning of being a crossdresser is?Isn't it supposed to be fun,but not in a sexual way?

Yes, I crossdress because I like to, with no real concern for passing, just for fun, with no sexual angle to it whatsoever. I mean, I have gone out and tried to pass (with success) just for fun, and I certainly understand the sexual part of what I (and we) do, but I just enjoy the feelings I get from it and frolic in the moment – there is no guilt, and no heavy thought about why I crossdress, ever…

It is supposed to be fun, of course, so I keep it that way. If you listen to others, you’ll let them spoil the fun, so why bother with them in the first place? I listen to my own inner voice, but it happens to be my “outer” voice as well – just be yourself and enjoy crossdressing, whatever your definition of it may be…:)
