Plusses and Minuses

Okay girls, time for a little self-honesty, what are your best and worst features insofar as presenting yourself as a woman? I'll go first:

PLUSSES:

Big blue eyes, long lashes
Nice legs
Tight body

MINUSES:

Big hands and feet, I hate them!
Hairy as an ape, gotta shave down every other day
The voice...although in short spurts I've gotten better with lots of practice

Finally, an intangible: the same self-confidence which works for me as a guy helps a lot when I'm making it as a woman

Okay, those are my plusses and minuses, what are yours?

Seriously though, on the plus side is my freakishly tiny body and abnormally long legs. Add to that an attitude of "Why yes, I do belong in a dress and heels. Why do you ask?" and it's not a bad package, overall.

On the minus side would be the three H's - hands, hair and hips (lack thereof, actually). My hands are guy-like in their enormity. My hair, if you read my last adventure in hair removal, is Sasquatch-like, and many people have told me, "If you had hips - girl, you'd have it goin' on!" The worst minus is my face. I am like those unfortunate women who you see from a distance and think, "Wow! She's hot!," and as they come closer you think, "Awwwww! Why does pretty have to stop at the neck?!"

+: I'm fairly androgynous, therefore I can pass as cute. I don't care if I look like "a real girl," just as long as I can be a cute me, which I feel is a possibility, I'm happy.

Plusses:
No body hair other than legs and lower arms, slim body with long legs, no disernable adams apple, size B natural breasts, relatively femme face, long eyelashes, size 10 feet and size 12 body.

Minuses:
Long nose with prominent male "bump", 6 foot tall, no chin, middle age fat deposits in the wrong places!

Overall I feel pretty lucky. I can shop for my sizes just about anywhere and I don't always have to wear a corset. If I could get a nose job, a chin tuck and lipo I would be a very happy, and very pretty girl. I'll settle for losing 15lbs!:heehee:

Pluses:
Slim small stature (I'm only 5ft 4ins tall & 130lbs)
Small feet (I take a US womens size 8)
No visible Adams apple
Long eyelashes (people also tell me my blue eyes are nice)
Not much natural body hair (I only need to shave my legs once a week)

Minuses:
Broad shoulders (too much bodybuilding in the past)
Arms too muscular (too much bodybuilding in the past)
No hips at all
Voice needs a lot of work!
Face is "just ok" (thankfully, makeup can be feminizing)

Hmmm.....

Plusses: Not too overly large for a guy. I make a big girl, but not too bad. 5'9" (without heels), and about 160 lbs.

Feet aren't terribly large, ladies' size 10 almost always works.

Nice lips, nice legs, no hair on chest, beard not too thick.

Terrific sense of feminine style (Well, I think I do! lol)

Minuses: 6' tall in heels

Not at liberty to completely shave my legs

A little fat, no hips or butt to speak of

Large masculine hands, guy voice, big nose.

First: Karren, no plusses??? I would kill for that smile you have!

+: great legs!, blue eyes, small adam's apple, good eyelashes, ok eyebrows, ever smaller waist, ok voice and getting better, and I can really navigate well in very high heels, beard hair is grey so easy to cover.

-: 5'11", big and strong upper body, terrible smile, thin lips, largish male nose, too-small hips, generally hairy so getting hairless is a serious chore, weak fingernails from a fungal infection that is only slowly improving so hard to have a nice set of natural nails.

Since there is nothing I can do about my inverted triangle body, I spend my time trying to narrow my waist to give my hips more apparant size. The physical issue are really all a matter of illusion anyway, so it's useful to write down what I'm dealing with. :)

P.S. update...my voice has REALLY improved, as have my fingernails. I almost have a real set of nails!!!!

I'm loving the honesty, girls! Kelly's right: if you combined all of our best features, you'd have one hot chick. Then again, if you combined all of our worst features, you'd have the woman who played the lead role in "Throw Mama From the Train"

It just goes to show that if you accentuate your charms and minimimize your flaws, you can really improve your feminine mystique. Of course, the fashion industry has been selling that concept to women forever...

Pluses:
- Spousal support; I would get nowhere without this.
- Thin hands and feet. The feet are a little long, but all aren't beat up even though I work outdoors. Even manage to grow my nails out although keeping them shaped is tough because of work.
- My daughter (who knows I shave my legs) says I have great legs and she is jealous. I say I have a daughter that lies well. :heehee:
- Desire. We should all have this here.

Minuses:
- Experience. Just going to have to keep working on this.
- Height. At 5'11", I will have to get out a bit before I will probably want to start wearing heels out.
- Face. My ears stick out, my nose is big, my skin isn't smooth, and the crow's feet by my eyes belong to a 6' tall crow! And there are many smiles here that I would love to have.
- Nerves. If I tried to do this 20 years ago, I would have had a heart attack. I do much better now but I wish adrenaline was controlled conciously.

Still deciding:
- Long hair. Fun to play with and I am enjoying it. But I think I still look like me because a wig really transforms a look. I am now probably going to hear from those that wish they could grow their's.

The pluses would have to start with my eyelashes, they're long and thick, and many females in my life have admired them. I also have very nicely shaped legs.

Okay, for the minuses, my shoulders are a little broad (42" chest), and that's kind of hard to conceal. Also my legs, while nicely shaped, are a little short for my height, so it's great that I love real high stiletto heels, since they help take care of that problem.

All in all though, I think I pull of the female look fairly well.

Pros - Overall Physique, Face features.

Cons - Course body hair (I'm like a persian rug when unshaven, :doh:). Nose could be smaller.

Used to feel band about Height and feet. For all those who say they are tall and have large feet, like me (5'9 sz 11.5W) don't feel bad.
Elle MacPherson , Brigette Wilson, (and Nielsen), Paris Hilton, Uma Thurman, Gabrielle Reece, are some of the prettiest women and theyre about 6' size 11-11.5 shoes.
