Anyone have any advice on how to cut down on the heat generated from wearing the wigs?

Only advice to keep the heat down is drink cold fluids, not much you can do otherwise except tie the hair back. As it's so hot here in FLA I cut my real hair for that exact reason(plus finding employment) Now I deeply regret it :(

well with my own hair growin if i leave it down in the heat it's way too hot in a loose ponny tail up high to keep it off my neck and shoulders it's real comfy ....so let some room for air to move ...
