And so my journey starts

Hi Everyone. I know I haven't posted in a while so I've decided to give an update. Last May I decided to go down the transition path and see where it led me. I didn't start to see a Therapist until this September because I wanted to be completely out of debt before taking the steps needed. After 3 months of sessions she referred me to a Dr. and said that she would write the letter needed to start HRT. I'm so happy because I got my first prescription on Wednesday. (It's being filled right now.) Thanks to all my friends that know and have been very supportive, The Moderators on this website, and all others on this website that offer their support. Thank You. I now feel like I've taken a big step towards the right direction.

I'm happy for you Clarissa. The biggest step we have to make is that of self awareness. Once we know who we are we can start to make that journey toward that person. I'm glad you have found yourself.
