If you're asking what I think about the dress, I say that it is very pretty. If you're asking about what I think about dressing in front of your child, I ask do he or she know that you crossdress? if so, it might be fine but this depends on a lot of factors: the child's age, they child's relationship to you (very good, open and communicative, or just okay), and whether or not you have sufficient time to help that child undertand what you're doing and why you're doing it. If not, I'd probably say "no," depending on some of the same questions I've already mentioned.
