As dancinginthedark mentioned, corsets can greatly assist with obtaining a female figure. From my experiments you need to wear one many hours a day over many months. Some have luck while others can not stand being in a very tight corset. There are several videos on UTube showing how to put one on by yourself. Thank goodness in my corset days I had assistance putting mine on which allows it to be slightly tighter with help. Diet is a must. Be careful not to over due it at first, start each day for one to three hours and increase to eight then 12 hours.

Women come in all shapes and sizes and with a little help from lightly padded panties and a corset.... I can fall somewhere under the bell curve.. Or within one standard deviation.. Not that I'm deviant or anything!
