With the new year approaching us at incredible speed, I felt that this was an appropriate topic! I have several resolutions this year that I fully intend on sticking to. Of course they are all crossdressing related, but can easily be disguised as just mere health reasons. So I'm curious, what kind of resolutions do you girls have for the new year?

I'll start.

1. I'd like to admit myself into therapy finally. My insurance doesn't kick in until the 1st, so this is a perfect reason to go into it.

2. Shed off that last 20-30 pounds I've been stuck at for about a month now. (girls gotta have that figure, right??)

3. Move out of my parents house. Very obtainable.

4. Explore the public en femme. Particularly, I would like to go see a movie while dressed.

Great topic.

- Go out in public multiple times en femme, even if it's 'only' to Rocky Horror.
- Purchase forms and my own bras to go along with it
- Hell, expand my femme wardrobe in general by at least triple... easy to do because right now it consists of only 3 items. Feh.
- Roll in the hay with my GF en femme. (mmm... more lady-on-lady, plz)

:iagree: - well almost!

My New Year's resolutions have been the same for several years now - and I've kept them:

1 Not to make any other kind of New Year's Resolution than these 2

2 To try only to make promises I can keep

I have some of the same resolutions as most of you loose 20-30 lbs [which ntook me 3 years to loose 20 i keep trying] buy more clothes which is a given which I do every year, maybe just a skirt or blouse, orjust bra& panties butI buy something. The one I would try and keep is to go out in public en femme which I realy never did so this year IM makking my #1 resolution. First I have to work it out with my wife.

Every year I make resolutions, Every year I fail.

I do need to loose some weight, Am I going to make it a resolution. NOPE.

I will vow to make everyday as enjoyable as I can. But that is about it.

Ah, the old resolutions.
My resolutions for this year are 1) Enjoy the totally smooth feeling. Thatmay sound easy, but I have to shave my beard and mustache off after having them for over ten years. 2) To have and wnjoy a professional makeover. And 3) Learn the art of makeup.
Is there anyone close that qould like to join me in my resolutions?

Once again it nears the end of the year and I have attained all of my new years resolutions. Pretty impressive since I set lofty goals. Last year i made the resolution to not rob any liquor stores. I am happy to say that I safely made it through the year. I also decided not to run for any political office. I figure with all the skeletons in my closet, plus some love party dresses it may not work. This year I decided to set some easy goals- I would like to lose 20 pounds, and want to run a marathon. Well good luck to all that are working at their goals!

I don't make promises I can't keep. Anyway, my goals are set by the "powers that be" as Broomhilda so gingerly referred to them. They think I need to learn patience and I'm learning patience just being patient with that. Other than that, my goal is to use my abilities to ensure the program proceeds to completion on schedule and that my personal grid program is followed. It's going to be a long year I think.

res number 1. re tell the family and try to explain what a cd is and what were about. lay waste to the myth's about us all being gay.

res 2. get out in public and maybe find a friend. "have not had a real friend in over 10 years"

res 3 lose weight,i have be come very lazy over the years and need to shed the left over's.

res 4,make peace between my to side's and find contentment in both drab, and dress mode's with out guilt for enjoying my full self.

Haven't actually thought of any resolutions... hmm...
It's nothing to do with crossdressing, but I need to go out more (actually, I could go out en femme a couple times)

There are many I could set. But maybe they will be done this year. :heehee:

But there are two that are always in force.

1. Be happy!

2. Don't overanalyze everything which then results in #1.

I could say "lose weight" but that is too cliche.
I could say "quit smoking" but I know better

So, this year, 2010, I am probably gonna be single again, so my main plan for this year is to start over, and hopefully I can go full time living as Erin.

I don't do anything anymore. There is nothing left to resolve unless I give up my male side. I still may want to use it again though.

The key to resolutions are to choose things that are fun to do and you just need and excuse or things to do that you know you are going to get done. Then there is no opps I didn't do that one this year.

My resolutions:

1. Run a marathon.

I want to run a marathon.
Gina lets pick one and then meet up. We could dress the night before. Although I hear wearing heels the night before slows your times.

2. Live a month full time as a woman.

3. Finish my second PhD.

4. Ohhh and work for world peace.

What's in a letter????

1) To be true to myself.
2) To be true to the ones I love (and hopefully love me)
3) To be open and honest regardless of the truth (or consequences).

It'll have to be: Go en femme to a shooping mall or to a club.

I would also like to live a healthy, happy life; but I dont really consider that my resolution.
