I put on my good dress, nylons, bra, and heels and went outside.
I know it,s not going shoping but it is a start, I would have stayed out side longer but I,am at a hotel and there are people here that know me.

It is a beginning. It will continue I'm afraid. It just gets ridiculous to go through the whole thing of dressing, makeup, nylons ...etc; only to take it all off again. I just had to go out after doing all that good work!
