Size Conversion Chart???

I'm brand new at cding. Is there a chart somewhere at an online site, say, that converts from men's sizes to women's sizes, from say a size 15 men's shirt to a size ??? camisole? If not, I'll figure something else out. Thanks

Not so much a conversion chart from men to women, but clear descriptions if you know you waist size etc.
