Hi there everyone. I just did a new video for youtube. I talk about FFS. Needless to say you can check it out and then watch some of my earler videos and note the results. Take note that my jaw is still quite swollen and I have months to wait for that to reach the final result.

It takes alot of guts to do what we all do...and it takes alot of guts to post your videos....

the process and decisions that you have to make in transition are overwhelming and permanent...For FFS, the cost is prohibitive and you must save up, or prioritize it relative to other surgeries ..or go to faraway places like Thailand (which Btw i have never heard a girl say it was a bad experience)

I have heard alot of people say they got more out of FFS than SRS. I have met one girl that hated her outcome, but i can tell you she looks completely like a woman, but had some bad sinus issues that may have been caused by the surgery

FFS is life changing in many positive ways, and
you are helping alot of people by being open about your experience.
