Well, I don't have a sister, and my wife already knows, as does my mother, so that limits the answers, unless . . . if no one knew, it would be my mother. In fact I tried to get caught by her, and managed to do so once when I was about 15.

Girlfriend was the best, and she didnt really catch me...more like encouraged me to try on her clothes. I think she knew I wanted to somehow, she just wont tell me that. She is better than I could have ever asked for :)

As for other people...I dont know. I have walked out of our apartment, and have seen the neighbors, but no one has ever said anything. I also think my mom knows, just because I think more or less parents know everything we try to keep from them (atleast when we are young and live at home).

I dont know what my closer male friends reactions would be, and I am not ready to find out lol

My Mum definately! I came from a home full of males and Mum was the only girl.

I'm also pretty sure my Mum knew or suspected when i was a teenager - can't keep secrets from Mothers no matter how hard we try!

Ok, now before I start this story, I really NEED to preface it by saying that this was a one time stupid adolescent kid thing. When I was 17 my parents went out of town for a few days so I decided that I had about 3 days of solitude with which I would of course spend dressed the entire time. Well, I decided to have a little shopping spree as Dani. (By the way, this was my first time ever going out in public) I quickly blew threw all the money I had on all sorts of new clothes (being 17 with no job, that didn't take too long) I still liked the thrill of being out in public so I continued to "shop" with no money and eventually found something I couldn't live without. It was the perfect skirt and top to match. Sad to say I gave in and shoplifted it. Of course I got caught. Apparantly, I didn't pass as well as I thought I did and the security was called about a "man in the women's dressing room" so therefore they were already suspicious. When the police officer was taking back to the station, I was practically begging him to let me change clothes in the car before going, but he wouldn't. While being processed in, all of the officers were poking fun at me "you shouldn't wear a spring dress in the winter" what can I say? I liked the shorter skirt. They put me in my own cell for the night (for my own safety) and gave me an orange jumpsuit and flip flops to wear. The next day, my older brother and his wife came to bail me out and they released me. Unfortunately the only clothes I had were the ones that I came in with. I had just spent the entire night trying to wash all of my makeup off only to be put back in my short skirt and heels without any makeup in the middle of the day.....walking across a crowded police station parking lot. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life. My brother, to this day, has not ever mentioned this episode. And I am glad. Now if that kind of punishment could be implemented for all crimes, then there would be far less of it.....I know I will never even think about it again. I am sorry this was so long. It's just that it happens to be my one and only time being outed and boy was it in a big way!

When I was about 15-16 my parents went away on holiday so I had the house to myself for a week. I spent most of it dressing up in my mum or sisters clothes but after a few days I developed the immense urge to be seen. In a fit of utter teenage stupidity I phoned a mobile hairdresser and made an appointment for her to come round. I had no intension of having my hair cut, I just wanted to be seen be a complete stranger and of course it had to be a woman. So the next day I got dressed in my mums little black pleated skirt, planned my moment of exposure and waited. I planned it so she would go to the back door, so she could see into the rear dinning room and I walked through to get to the back door. She knocked on the door and I went through the dinning room to the bacl door, I can't remember if she actually looked into the dining room or not. I opened the back door about halfway but not fully so she couldn't blatantly see I was wearing a skirt while standing there and she explained she was there to cut someones hair. I said she must have the wrong house and she left.
My parents came home the next day and the day after I came home from school to a little shock. A police officer was in the living room talking to my mum and dad. He explained he was there due to a woman making a complaint about me wasting her time. My dad then escorted the officer to the door while my mother told me the police officer had told them I had invited the hairdresser round and when she came round she saw I was wearing a skirt. I totally denied it and she asked if there was something I wanted to talk about. I said no, and she said if there was something I need to discuss she would be willing to listen. I again said there was nothing to discuss and the matter was dropped there, never to be discussed again.

Needless to say that was one of the most embarrasing moments of my life. But it's something to look back on with a grin.

Speaking of stupidity I posted this in another thread but it was so stupid its worth repeating, when I was about 16-17 I faked sick one day and stayed home from school (not for this reason) got dressed in a skirt pantyhose and a sweater and heels and decided to go for a walk around the block in a very busy neighborhood with no makeup or wig at all so I was just a boy in girls clothes, so I made it around and I felt such a thrill that about a half hour later I did it again but unfortunately the first time someone called the cops and reported a pervert in the neighborhood so the second time the cops were waiting for me. They brought me to the station all dressed and called my mother to come get me, well she came she freaked she cried she took me home and I spent the next few weeks in therapy, I went told them what they wanted to hear that I would not do it again yada yada yada and that was 25 yrs ago and to this day I dont want to get caught again.

I actually was caught by my Mom when I was a teenager. At the time I thought it was going to be horrible but my Mom did not have a problem with it and liked to see me walking and lounging around the house in her underthings. I would wear whatever I wanted but my Mom always preferred me to wear her bras with a sheer girdle and stockings or one of her bottomless girdles. She would always tell me how pretty I looked and always ask "Are you enjoying yourself today sweetheart?" It was fun!

My Mom would take me shopping with her sometimes when she purchased new bras, slips, and girdles or corsets and asked me to help her select the new items. I would look around for her size as she was also shopping,and when I found something I would say "Mom this will look great on you!" Her usual reply very loudly so everyone could hear would be "You mean it will great on us don't you?" We would usually get smiles from most women, but you get a few odd stares at me. I guess this is why I love shopping for women's lingerie today.

I guess getting caught by anyone would be OK as long as you do not get into trouble with the law. I would just like to able to lounge around with someone wearing sexy lingerie watching TV, doing housework, etc.

Sorry to resurrect an older thread, but I thought this would've been a long running topic.
I was caught in 1969 by my older brother and I still think sometimes 'does he think I still do that weird stuff'.. It was very awful then.
My girlfriend in 1993 caught me and was very understanding and actually fostered my feelings giving me the wardrobe I have today.

Never really been caught but.....My parents and in laws now know about me, so does my wife. Apparently when I was young my Mom found some of her things hidden in my room and told my Dad about it, wanting him to do something. He told her "he's just experimenting, leave him alone." I think that its so cool to have understanding parents. I don't know if I would like them to see me dressed though, Mom would be OK, but my Dad and I have a very tight relationship, and how he might take seeing me would cause me to worry about it.

Once when I was home alone and dressed, I went outside after I had changed back to my boy clothes. Sitting on my porch, just near the window was a bunch of vegetables. I was like...What The F@#$!. A few days later my pain in the A@@ nieghbor stopped by to ask if I got the veggies he left for us. Needless to say now I close the curtains. Don't know what he may have seen.

If I had to choose now, I would say a friend or aquaintance who also CDs would be cool. It would be nice to have a male friend to be able to talk with about CDing.

neighbor! The day after i bought my home. i was clebrating by testing the"privacy waters" of my property. found out what areas are private and what were not , real quick. although it was dark out, i was on my outside deck sipping some wine and i noticed the neighbors outside light come on. they are approx 30 yards away and on the down hill side and no fence, just open property. im not quite sure what he saw, but he did come out and take about 6 steps in my directions.
i scurried in the door anticipating a knock on the door, but never got one.
maybe he wasnt sure what he saw either and left it at that. my neighbors really mind their own and si do i, so even in passing doing yard work, we all casually say hi, but never a mention of anything. on the lighter side i wouldnt mind their college son "catching me", oofah!
