3..because it arouses you sexually

if you had to p ick one..youhave to pick one which would you choose?

All 3, but I now live as a woman 24/7 cause I want to be a female. :battingeyelashes:

Dana, of the choices you've given us, I've got to go with No. 2.

Dressing can bathe me - - totally immerse me - - in the glow of feeling pretty. Pretty in feminine ways that are simply not to be found in male mode.

Not No. 1, because if dressing truly made me feel more natural as a woman, I surely would long ago have driven myself into 24/7 girl mode.

No. 3 was a contender in my earlier days. But after I was marrried, arousal became so much better with my wife - - from that point on, there wasn't really any comparison.

Dana,

#2 it is definitely the way they feel. However, I would Have answered all of the above if it were an option.

If I had to choose, it would be #2, although it used to be #3 and it's becoming more like #1 every day

If I could only CHOOSE ONE it would definitely be that I like the feeling of woman's clothing. Like I suspect of many others, all three have played a role. They fulfilled different portions of the sum total during my past. I'm sure they will well into the future.

Yeah, all three each play at least a small role, but #2 stands out the most (feel, look, comfort).

I dress because I like the feeling of the clothes. I’m a tactile crossdresser (girl). It does make me feel more relaxed and natural as a result, but it does nothing for me sexually. When the “boys” are tucked away, things are nice and quiet around here…:whew!:

#2 and i'll add that i like to roleplay and be someone else from time to time. CD is like a meditation in term of effects : no worries, i forget who I am, and i feel relaxed.

Well Dana, I fall into the category that feels that #2 followed by #3 describes me.

But, if you want to know the real reason that I dress, it is because it is too cold to go out in my lingerie. :battingeyelashes:

If i had to pick one of your answers it would be number 2.

But the real reason is that I have no option because I have too. Its an inbuilt trait that I have.

# 1 most definately it used to be # 3 but got over myself, # 2 is really a good answer but it is more than the clothes it is the makeup, the smells everything that goes with it. I do like the feel of the clothes but I feel so normal when I am dressed.

Didn't we do this before, once or twice?
The three on your list are all good ones, but I think we each have our unique blend of reasons; and our reasons may change over time.
I think "because I like it" is the best reason to give if asked.

Ok, here is how I can fit into one of the three given parameters: I just recently found this femininity that is part of me, and we call her Tina. I dress because I need to find out who she is, and, frankly, I like her! Given that, only one of your parameters fit:

#1

since that is the only way that Tina makes any sense! She's a high maintenance girl that feels very comfortable presenting as a woman

Actually you've mention all three reasons, but By your rule, I pick 3.

Samantha_Smile

2. But elso enjoy make-up and jewelery.
I think it's not just the clothing of a woman, ie how their clothes feel, but how necklaces and bracelets feel.
How long hair feels on your neck and face.

If theres ever something ever missing, then I notice its not there and it feels like there is a piece of the puzzle missing.
I always aim for the fullest visual and tactile picture I can get.

Not that I feel the need to be or live as a woman, just feel the need to feel like one every now and again :)

I would have to go with choice #2

RhondaLynn
02-07-2010, 10:26 PM
For me, it's far too complex of a situation that a 1-of-3 choice thing.
But if i had to attempt to state it simply, i'd say that:

1: I wouldn't know, since i'm not a woman, i'll never know if i felt more natural as one. However, once my feminine gender identity has formed & is expressing herself through her clothing, she feels more at ease. And her outward expression of her sexuality using her attire as the catalyst is cathartic for both of us.

2. I do enjoy the sensations & feel of the clothing, but i would quickly tire of them without the presence of Rhonda's feminine identity. Several things must happen for her gender identity to emerge & her sense of self form. Once she's there, her presence and the enjoyment of the clothing reinforce each other, allowing the experience to be a prolonged one.

3. Sexual arousal has a very limited role if any in the experience anymore. It did in my early years, but not anymore. I may become sexually aroused while Rhonda, but it's not related to being Rhonda. Sometimes I'll admire the sight of Rhonda's sexuality in her outfits, and if i'm already aroused from other stimuli, it may reinforce it a bit, but the clothing itself, and the act of expressing my female gender identity and her feminine sexuality, is not a source of sexual arousal for me.

After reviewing my lengthy post, it seems that i've w related items 1 & 2 to the experience, with a vague interaction between them. I initially wear the clothing to help bring my female gender identity out. She would not come to the surface without them. I enjoy the clothing to some extent, but she enjoys them more - they're her outlet of self-expression. While she's out, I enjoy them as well. And i enjoy her company.

That would make it a 1-2 interaction, within the context of Rhonda's gender identity. The clothes are the catalyst that sustains her outward identity, and her identity provides the container in which we can all enjoy the experience.

4. Because women's clothes are better looking than men's clothes. :)

Number one is me all the way, but I also like Nathalie's number 4.

I would like to offer #5. Because you get in a lot of trouble if you run around in public naked :heehee:

CharlotteW

I can't go with any of those options and CD'ing has changed for me. I'm quite the exhibitionist and I enjoy mixing my male attire (suit jacket and scarf, jumper and smart jeans) with girlie shoes and a glimpse of nylon.
I really love femininity, so much so that I like to have a piece of it for myself sometimes. I also enjoy the anonymity.

Perhaps strangely, the thought of removing all that make-up at the end of the night often puts-me-off dressing up.

When I was very young and had no idea what sex was, it was #1 followed by #2.

When I was a teenager, it was #3, followed by #3, followed by #3, followed by #3. And then later in the day.... Well.... You get the picture.

Now that I am older, it is back to #1 followed by #2, with an occasional #3.

#1 leads to #2, which then sometimes leads to #3. After all, 1+2=3. But 3 minus 1 equals 2, and #3 without 2 leaves only a 1. But that leads to 2, and well.....we've been over that already.

I generally start at number 1, go to number 3, then number 2, back to number 3, then to number 1.

I feel gurlish, I begin to get aroused, dress in my sultriest outfit, have sex, and bask in a nice feminine afterglow.
