Hi there everyone. I have a small world story for you. Jan 30 my rollerdery team had a huge game. We had 1000 people and literally sold out of space for people to watch.
Moving forward to last night. I was at derby practice and talking to Hainus Grace (one of our referees) and she was telling me that Zeek Christopolis was at our game. She went on to say that his sister is her partner.
Now if you dont know who Zeek is I can tell you that he is a major driving force for transgender people and he himself is a trans man. Here is just one article about him http://www.mountainx.com/news/2006/0118transgender.php
What was kind of funny is that Zeek happened to notice a significant number of transgender people at the game and must have put the pieces toghether and asked Hainus when he had a chance if my team had a trans girl on it. She said yes but he was not able to tell which one of us lol. She eventually pointed at me and he was pleasntly surprised to see me on the team.
