Hi Genifer,

I don't think I've reached maximum adhesion yet but I can easily go out all night come home, go to bed, and wake up the following morning with my forms still where they should be. The edges are slightly coming away from my skin but there are still on there fairly well.

I use 3M Super 77 Spray Adhesive (found in all good hardware stores :) ) and I too use Goo Gone to get get them off if they are being stubborn.
