...either planning a time to dress or simply thinking of clothes/outfits/makeup?

Gotta say, it's probably 50x per day. Or more.

Sometimes much more...

Between dressing and all the other things that are associated with it, I'd say it takes up a major part of my time too.

They say a man thinks about sex every 10 min on the average. I never thought about it but dressing must be my sex.:heehee:

It like 70% -80% of the time put it one way female me is winning.

For me it was 85% of my time and that included the sleep time. So I'm transitioning and now my dress and shopping time is 70% of my waking hours. The breast forms help me sleep, okay? Now I can function again.

Everyday, At least a little. More than I should probably.

When I am not thinking about dressing, I am thinking about ways that I could stop, but never come up with the answer, so I go back to thinking about when I can dress. Figures.

Most likely the easier question is "how often do you not think about it?"

I'd say 70% of the day. Sometimes more.

Up until 6 or so months ago? Maybe two or three times a year (for a couple weeks at a time).

Recently? Every day, damn near all day. Takes all I've got to not talk about it constantly.

I felt like I was getting a little too distracted by thinking about it all the time. So I decided to only think about it during the times I was dressed. Aside from the fact that I am dressed about 85-90% of the time, it is working out much better for me. lol:daydreaming:

"I feel much more like I do now, than I did a little while ago".

I couldn't put a percentage on it, but I think about dressing regularly, I even dream of dressing. I always have wished that I could dress more often and explore this need futher, and the fact that I cannot do that has caused a great deal of hardship in my life. For some rest this past week has been especially tough, I've been very depressed and down in the dumps. The occasional visit to the forum, CD-related media on TV or youtube just isn't good enough. Sometimes I just need to dress, and that's unfortunate because I so rarely do get the chance to dress. A couple days ago I parked out front of a wig shop in my town and just sat there, listening to the radio, smoking a cigarette, and taking a glance inside the shop every so often to try to feed my urge to dress.

I do think about it quite often during the day, when I'm not busy with work that is! But what's really weird and unexpectd, is that lately, I'm dreaming about dressing as well. That has never happened before!!!! :)

Mostly when I think about dressing up, I think of how much hassle it is and just throw on my pink and black sweats instead.

If I go to SCC and there is a formal night, I am screwed.

I would have to say there is a very healthy 1% of the time I DON'T!
No..... wait..... I have to change that. If I'm honest with myself I would have to say I think about it then too. :heehee:

The only time dressing is off of my mind is when I am curled around my wife. Oh and there is that work thing.

Well, I think about it every day, which is one of the reasons why I hang around here. :heehee: The idea of dressing up sometime during the day plays in the background like gentle music. I take it for granted, since I’m dressed up as often as possible -- this means every day, unless something dramatic pops up. If I’m working on something in my studio, I’m usually dressed, and if I’m not doing that I’m looking forward to getting back to my studio – crossdressing is part and parcel of the thought process at all times. I don’t have a large selection of things to wear – I stick with what makes me happy and comfortable, and I weave that into my everyday existence. This has been going on for years. I’m always anticipating when and where I can get dressed up, to enhance even the most mediocre event or circumstance. I dress, so I daydream about it…:daydreaming:

Pretty much all the time for me, Its become part of who I am and I dont want it to go away. When I see a lady dressed on something nice (which is all the time because I spend most of the day with my wife everyday) I have to check out the fashion and wonder what it would look like on me. When I watch TV (more ladies in nice clothes). Well...... Lets face it pretty much anywhere you go there are ladies in nice clothes.... And I want them all. :D (the clothes not the ladies)

It's hard to quantify for me because at work I tend think less about it as I'm concentrating on whatever I'm working on. However, outside of work, thinking about clothes, outfits, and makeup? ... I'd say about 60-70%

I'm like many of the others here whereby other than when I am working I think about CD'ing quite a bit. It seems as the older I get the more I dress and the more I dress the more I think about it.

I start to think about the next time I will dress the second my bra hits the floor when undressing!!

Since I am retired, and dressed to some degree everyday I have fewer thoughts about it.. I have found that undredressing all the time lessens the amount of time that my thoughts are centered around being Fem. Have a great weekend. Charla

I would have to say constantly. Except at work. Mostly. When I get out of work, I race home. Actually race home. Sooner or later I'll be getting a speeding ticket. Should I tell the cop why I was in such a hurry?????

Yep, I suppose it's on my mind most of the time. It just feels right every time I dress, so I think of it often.
