Padded Pantie Question

FYI, as you'll notice there's different types of panties.

The cheaper kind usually have two or four pads. The two pad kind will just make your butt bigger, so it's better to get something that will widen your hips (usually the four pad kind). The side pads actually aren't long enough to be realistic so they're really only useful under skirts or dresses, where the fabric falls away from your body.

You can also get the same hip widening effect by buying a cheaper set of individual pads -- available at most TG shops -- and just tucking the tops of them into the sides your panties. Again it won't work well with pants, but with a skirt -- especially paired with a top that flares at the bottom -- it can look quite natural. You can also tuck a pair of pads in the butt of a panty as well, although if you've got a skirt/dress in a thinner fabric, you might see the lines of the pads.

The Cadillac of pads are those from Classic Curves, which are one-piece per side that covers the butt and side of the thighs seamlessly. Their Veronica 2 extends down the side of the thigh the appropriate length, so they look realistic when you're wearing pants. However, they are a bit pricey. I've got some coming in a couple weeks, so I can give feedback on them when I get them.

I bought a pair of padded panties from WWW.MIDCOAST.COM and I love them. I wore them last weekend under tight jeans and they give the look of full hips.

I miss my Veronica. It went out with the purge last September. Need girly hips and buns. This is a safety issue.

Okay, the last may have sounded "tongue in cheek", but it really isn't. I go out in public, and while somewhat passable (and I DO mean only somewhat), the body shape doesn't work. Frankly, that can be dangerous. My last time out was in the early evening, and it was still sunny. It was a decent area, but guys are still guys. They can tell when something is amiss with a miss.

This item will be essential to replace in the next couple of months.
