Do You Get More Tired En Drab or En Femme?

I was invited out to lunch by some friends today. As it turned out, my en femme prep was a frantic bout of activity, even by my standards.

We spent a pleasant 1½ hours or so, at the end of which I was kinda tired. I decided to skip a planned errand and head home.

Which made me wonder, do you find it more tiring to be en drab or en femme?

NEVER tiring being enfemme..I've spent nearly 14 hours "out and about" enfemme ( not including getting dressed and ready ) on the Outer Banks with my "Partner in Crime", Emmy..Just enjoying a beautiful day of the sights..Starting at the Wright Brothers Monument at Kill Devil Hills...THAT'S quite a walk up that hill....:heehee:....Down to Hatteras Light House..Then on the ferry....Over to Okracoke Island...BACK to Hatteras....Stopped by Jockeys Ridge...And then stopped for Supper at Nags Head....Talk about a day...And all with me running around in my favorite 4" heels..And I could have went another 8 hours....:battingeyelashes:...By the same token...Several years before...I was in Tokyo/Yokohama/Kyoto...Did some siteseeing...( endrab unfortunately ) Whew...talk about being wiped after 6 to 8 hours...and I was in sneaks....WHERE were my heels....ROFL...

Normally when I'm dressed my senses are heightened and I am more keenly aware of things going on around me, so tired is the last thing I am.
On the other hand when in guy mode I can nod off quite easily at times.

I wish we all could be hanging out on those lovely Carolina beaches all dressed up.. :cool:

As for me, sometimes I feel too tired to get dolled up, but once I do, I feel like a firecracker.

some times just pulling up my pantyhose makes me tired.just kidding.i think its a bit of work getting really dolled up for say a drag club whare im in a mini and heels with corset and bra with wig and makeup and on and on that is tireing but in the end its worth it i guess.going out in day time drag is much less tireing as i tend to try and look like,and blend with the genitic females around me.so its usually slacks with hose and low heels or ballet flats with jeans and a simple blouse,also a little less flashy in the makeup department.but its all more work than going out en drab to me any way.

Oh yes, Nathalie.. Must'nt forget about the "frolicking" on the beach and in the surf...:heehee:...That WAS such a wonderful day..
