The support of other people is necessary for a successful transition. Don't be afraid to use every resource at your disposal, but most importantly don't be afraid to transition and don't be afraid to lose some friends. Change in ones life usually means a change in your friends, accept all of this and your transition will be okay.

For me I availed myself of my therapist group sessions and I've made some of my closest friendships in my entire life, friends who I will know for life now. I've not been afraid to be me at work and now I'm accepted at work and have much closer friendships with people. I have looked to God for my strength and support and he has blessed me with more friends, stronger friends than I ever had before.

All I can say is don't be afraid to be you, be confident and look to God first. He will bless you richly with a new creation, you. Kimberly Marie Kelly :battingeyelashes:
