Crossdressing friend for dinner

Tonight we invited Trista over for dinner and a night of being dressed. His wife was out of town so it was just the three of us. We started drab while I barbequed steaks and we ate. It was so great just chating with someone I felt a connection with. Well after dinner we decided to go get dressed. Just as we started to head off, Bunny's mom called, and Bunny told her that we had company. Bunny had told her about Trista being a friend when she told her about my crossdressing. So her mom and brother find an excuse to invite themselves over, because the day I was supposed to go out femme with them, I didnt because I was pissed about how her brother had outed me to others. We asked Trista if she was OK with this and she told us it was fine if Bunny's mother and brother joined us. So off we go to get dolled up. While we were dressing, Bunny's family arrived. I was the first to get done and out I came. Well her mom was a bit shocked. She thought Bunny was joking. I told no it was serious. Then out comes Trista. This was the first time I had seen her dressed in person. She looked just as good as she did in the pictures. We all then sat and played cards for about two hours. I should be ashamed but it was so much fun watching Bunny's mom stumble all eavening over what to call us, as in he/she. In reality is was a good thing that Trista was here for moms first time seeing me fem. She was able to see that it is not just me, and that we were both very comfortable being dressed. Overall, it was a very good night and another positive experience for me in my crossdresing journey.

Btw, I used to live in Mesa, Arizona about 10 years ago, but hadn't really taken up cding then.
