The other day I was sitting in the kitchen when my SO said "i like the long skirts on you better, although you do have the legs for the short ones"

I said "these are skorts I thought I wouldn't like them but I do"

Somehow the skort thing made it better.

Skorts can be a good in between garment as they are shorts that look like a skirt, long skirts can also look quite normal if you pick the right style.
