Small steps

Ok I'll start by saying that yes I know not the greatest thing in the world but hey. I made a small step today in that went into a store and bought some nail polish for the first time today, even if it was only clear ( was in guy mode before any one asks :laughing: ) so I am fairly pleased with myself.

The main thing is to take the next one. It will only get easier. A couple of weeks ago, in male mode, I bought a pair of 3" black pumps at K-Mart. Didn't bother me a bit! You'll get there too...

Careful, nail polish is a total gateway drug.

And don't feel self conscious buying nail polish in drab. No one will ask you, but if they do just tell them you need good metallic paint colors for your model ferrari or whatever.

What you think of as a small step is really a big step. It will be easier to buy nail polish again, then more things for your new you!

Some of us old electronics techs used nail polish to seal adjustments in equipment. Keeps adjusting screws from shifting, and makes it obvious if someone else adjusts them. Bright colors are best.
