Haha! I'm sure whoever that person was, came in wearing those shoes; didn't steal them. My point is that what they did/wore might seem scary to some people, but they got a very positive reaction. That's pretty cool. :thumbsup:

Just got back from there a little bit ago, was wearing my 2" chunky heel loafers in brown, to go with my tan calf length skirt, besides I'm in N.H., not out there, meaning out west, however, I have been told I'm "out there", but that's another story. :battingeyelashes:

By the way, I want to thank all you ladies for helping me and other people to understand CDs a little better. What you do can have a ripple effect that helps sisters you've never met.

The other day one of the young guys I know told a couple of us GGs that he always loved women, and copied everything his female relatives did when he was a child. I thought to myself... "I can see where this is going." Then he said he used to wear his sister's clothes. Because I've read that story so much here, I was not surprised at all, so I was able to be supportive and avoid making him feel weird. :)

I didn't see the person, I was just given a brief description - a little bit stocky, with a mustache. I certainly would have looked at their face if I had had the chance.

Twas not I. Don't live anywhere near Las Vegas and I don't have any red stilettoes except in a platform sandal but they are 8" high. I'd only wear them on Halloween or to a serious party and Walmart isn't either of these!
On the other hand (or foot) it is Las Vegas where the unusual elsewhere becomes usual or no big deal.

Ditto Freddie. I wear heels anyway, I am also 6'3" in flats I tend to stick to 3 inches or less in heels. BUT I havent been in Vegas in a while

There is a guy in Salt Lake who always wears high heels in drab. When his son was in college there was this woman's awareness week on campus and they sponsored a "walk a mile in her shoes" for the men on campus. He and his son joined in and now both of them are wearing heels all the time to events where they carry signs "walk a mile in her shoes". I read the story in some weekly news paper when I was waiting somewhere. It got all this great press and everything said was positive.
