Well...I will post positive comments on the natural, casually neat looking hair. The hair is very femme looking, and you should do everything you can to maintain it and youself healthy.

As for the suntan...well, yes the human body does need a certain amount of daily sunlight (though I personally don't spend too much exposed daily)... The body process which generates body Vitamin D is is very protective and stabilising of many critical regenerative functions (greater positive effect than eqivelant Vit. D supplements derived levels). However, heavy regular absorbtion of UV-light (especially wavelenghts like UV-B) generate cumulative cell DNA skin damage (including scalp and hair follicles).

My candid opinion...but people are individuals, and perceive risk/rewards differently.
