For those of you who don't know my story I finally have more freedom to dress up and start my very first collection of cloths. however because i've been really busy with work i couldn't find the chance or the energy to even think much about dressing also because i don't have anything of my own yet. its all my mom's, which is not really my size and non of it is really my taste:sad: now the only thing that is closer to my size are the bras. the one with the butterflies are my favorite one which is the one i chose to wear before bed. i know that i don't have much of anything else to wear but this one happened so spontaneously. one night i woke up to go to the bathroom still half asleep. on the way back to my bed i grabbed the bra with the butterflies, then i wore it with one of my tight tshirts over it and went back to sleep. now get this. this is my first time ever that i have a chance to wear a female article of clothing for more than just 3 minutes worrying that my moron step dad will be home and it happens to be nothing but just a bra. so i've been sleeping with that bra for the past few days and now that i don't have to worry about getting busted it feels more natural than exiting like it used to be in my old house. every time i wear it feels as if in my past life or something i was a girl. i mean the straps feel really comfortable and right even though i've never wore a bra for more than like a couple of minute. everything feels like its in its place. then i wake up with a better mood and more energy. it feels like thats what it supposed to be. im not really sure how i can describe the feeling of wearing it around the house after i wake up. like i said its not exiting me or gives me a rash or makes me really happy, well it puts me in a good mood but other than that it doesn't really do much. now that i think about it its deeper than just looking in the mirror and being pretty. watching those things pupping out of my chest feels wired because my breasts are not that big but it feels like its there. it feels like my cup size matches the bra size. it feels like i can feel something thats not there.
every time i sleep with my bra and i happen to have a dream, one thing that doesn't change in my dream is the bra. its all the same and its still there strapped on me. i can't count how many times i was outed in my dreams just because i was sleeping with it. lmaf.
anyone else here sleeps enfemme?

Everyone's experience is unique. It's good that you have more freedom to dress, but sad that your only feminine piece of clothing is a bra. I hope you get the opportunity to expand your wardrobe soon. I think you will greatly enjoy the feeling of feminine clothes. I do not sleep en-femme, but that is because my wife is not supportive of crossdressing.

Mothers do know when their clothes are moved or worn so I'd seriously think about buying your own real soon. And I perfer sleeping in my Pittsburgh Penguins comphy flanel PJs.

I have to agree with Karen... go get some of your own clothes and put them safe and sound. Mothers do know where they put things and if its out of order, they begin to question and snoop around. Been there and done that!

Do I sleep enfemme? Absolutely. My So absolutely loves it too. I have a long flowy black nightie that hugs my curves and is oh so comfy to wear at night. Don't think I'd ever go back to my flannel pjs again.

If you think sleeping in a bra feels good, wait until you get to try a nightie!
Enjoy your new found freedom!

I agree - mom will notice her things missing. Do get some items of your own and enjoy both the feelings and the knowledge that you haven't violated your mom's privacy by wearing her things.

If you progress in dressing as most of us have, you will then face other challenges - besides your step dad. Best approach is to be open and honest with your mom, once your certain this is going to be a long term part of your life.

I am happy that you can feel free to dress as you see fit, but I agree with the others that Mom's clothes must go back. I have used my sisters clothes, but they went back every time. I have recently found that the common muse of buying for my girlfriend/wife is a good throw off for the sales ladies in the stores. Just say that you are not sure of the size but she often wears my clothes with what looks like a good fit. I have boughten a beautiful nightie this way along with a few gorgous dresses. Shoes on the other hand/foot, just add two American sizes usually works. Some sizes are two and a half sizes larger. For example, I am a size six shoe (male) female shoes I have a pair of flat ballet type that are 8 1/2 and some heels that are 8.

I have recently started living on my own (relationship breakdown) and I love it. I dress all the time while at home. I have not ventured out into the world but have met the weekly paper girl at the door in a skirt and flats, bra and t shirt. I didn't even think of it and realised what I done after the fact. I am still wondering what her and her mother (her mother helps with the papers) thinks of me and how I answered the door.

The Bra is only the start,I hope you have a lot of wardrobe space, once we start shopping for your own clothes it's like a Tidal Wave.

As For sleeping En Femme,I love nothing better than to go to bed,esp after a
hard night at work, slip into bra,and silky nightie (long and short n strappy),my wife loves cuddling me,feeling the silk against my body:daydreaming:

From one Alex to another, I do hope that you get more femme clothes to wear. Then, of course, comes the inevitable "exploring the real world" part! :)

Oh, and I bought a bra and a body shaper at Target once and the cashier didn't really care. She just kept scanning!

In regards to the question... I would like to have some cute PJs with maybe some sheep or equally cute animal on them, as I already sleep with my hairband on every night ^_^. And maybe a matching sheep stuffed toy to sleep with would be nice too :daydreaming:

I've never had a cashier say anything to me, and I've bought just about every type of fem underwear, clothing, shoes, makeup... But if it bothers you, order on line. No cashiers that way.
